PACKAGING: Each piece will be shipped in a jewelry box or rosary bag. If this is a gift, during check out, please checkmark the 'This order includes a gift'. Let me know what personal message you would like to include with the package if necessary. I would be happy to add any necessary gift packaging at no extra cost. Just let me know prior it shipping.
CUSTOMIZATION: I want my customers to be happy with the purchase they made. If for some reason there was a problem on my end, we can discuss this through Etsy message system. I put the best into my work and expect you will be satisfied with your purchase. If there were to be any issues at all, I will do my best to make my customer happy. CARE & INSTRUCTIONS: Be gentle with handmade jewelry and handle with care as with all fine jewelry! Remove jewelry before showering and/or swimming. You should avoid contact with water, liquids and lotions. Use a jewelry polishing cloth to bring back jewelry's original shine, and ONLY when necessary. Tarnishing occurs over time and certain metals react differently with each individual. To prevent & delay oxidation of metals, it is recommended to store your jewelry in a cool and dry place such as a jewelry box.
SIZING: If you see a piece you like and need it in a specific length such as a necklace or bracelet, just message me and I will do my best to accommodate your request. I can add extensions to many of my pieces to allow them to fit to specific sizes and lengths. If I am unable to alter a particular piece, I am willing to create a new piece for you as a custom order.
